Substitution Policy

We do our best efforts to capture the exact elements of the images included. 

Flowers are a product of nature and some varieties may or may not be available at the time of your purchase. In cases of non-availability, BËRLI reserves the right to substitute that stem with the next best option or of equal value. 

Care Instructions:

• Do not remove waterproof wrapping paper.

• Place in vase with fresh water and change water every 2-3 days.

• Keep in a location without direct sunlight and away from extreme heat or cold.
