Substitution Policy

We do our best efforts to capture the exact elements of the images included. 

Flowers are a product of nature and some varieties may or may not be available at the time of your purchase. In cases of non-availability, BËRLI reserves the right to substitute that stem with the next best option or of equal value. 

Care Instructions

• Pour about 1-2 cups of water everyday into the center of the hat box using a narrow opening such as a water bottle.

• Keep away from sun and heat and store in a cool environment.

• Recycle box after use.
