Substitution Policy
We do our best efforts to capture the exact elements of the images included.
Flowers are a product of nature and some varieties may or may not be available at the time of your purchase. In cases of non-availability, BËRLI reserves the right to substitute that stem with the next best option or of equal value.
Care Instructions
Do not remove waterproof wrapping paper.
This arrangement comes with a floral foam insert soaked in water, to help keep your flowers fresh and hydrated.
Check the moisture levels of the floral foam daily by gently pressing the top of the foam with the tip of your finger.
When the foam starts to become dry, pour about 1/2 cup of water through the center using a narrow opening such as a water bottle.
Keep in a location without direct sunlight and away from extreme heat or cold.
